Frequenz Festival 2026: New Perspectives. New Spaces. New Soundscapes.
From May 8 to 12, 2026, the seventh Frequenz Festival will transform Kiel into a hub for contemporary international sound and audiovisual works. Several world and German premieres are planned and will be presented at eight venues throughout Kiel. Over five days, an extraordinary audiovisual experience will unfold, featuring concerts, installations, and cross-genre formats. The festival will focus on the artistic positions of a generation rethinking sound, space, and media.
